GROUNDWATER

SOLID WASTE

Many County Waste regulating authorities require that the waste stream that will enter their disposal site (landfill, incinerator, etc.) be thoroughly characterized prior to disposal. SITE ASSESSMENTS

Commercial real estate transactions often require due diligence on the part of the purchaser. Environmental Sciences Group has conducted hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments according to American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM) E 1527; the assessments also meet the requirements for innocent landowner defense protection in Section 312 of Chapter 40, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).  Other assessment activities are:
